If you want to be active on the water, you can explore the coast from a stand-up paddle board, where you can experience a fantastic calm just minutes from land.
In the evening, sailing and watching the beautiful sunset at Fjellerup Strand is a truly beautiful experience. If you don't bring your own SUP board, you can rent one at the reception at the campsite.

Coastal fishing on Norddjurs
Starting from Fjellerup Strands Camping, you have access to some of Denmark's best fishing, whether you're looking for a cozy time on the flats or coastal fishing for sea trout.
Norddjursland is located between the mouth of the Gudenå river in Randers Fjord and the Kolindsund canals in Grenaa, where thousands of sea trout and salmon pass by every year.
3 golf courses
Within a radius of 15 km from the campsite, there are no less than three golf courses.
Lübker, which in 2022 was voted Denmark's best golf course. Here, all holes are completely integrated into the surrounding nature. It is therefore largely nature's own obstacles that create the challenges for the players, which makes the golf course completely unique.
Norddjurs, the golf course is an 18-hole course located in a slightly hilly terrain, where some holes are partially sheltered in the plantation, while other holes are in open terrain. You will therefore find that the wind can be a very active player, depending on the direction and strength of the wind.

Hiking on the Caminonorddjurs
Fjellerup Strands Camping is located in stunning natural surroundings, where there are plenty of opportunities to take a walk by the water or in the forest, or perhaps combine it with both.
In Norddjurs you can follow the Caminorddjurs, which is a route along the coast of Norddjurs and Randers Fjord. Caminorddjurs stretches from Allingåbro in the west and ends at Glatved Strand south of Grenaa. The route is approx. 100 km

Fjellerups Strands Camping's TimeOut glamping tents are located in - perhaps - the best location on the site. The glamping tents are 25 sqm. and can accommodate up to five people.
The glamping tents are furnished with two sleeping cabins and a "living room". The living room has a dining area and cupboards with crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is a fridge, coffee maker and kettle. There is a double box spring mattress in one sleeping cabin and a double bed with bunk in the other.
